Marine Engineering Bureau becomes 25 years old

The history of the Marine Engineering Bureau begins on the 23rd of March, 1995, from the date of the official registration of the company.

During its life, the Bureau has passed a way from the small firm engaged only in numerical calculations concerning vessels' hull and scientific investigations by orders of Classification societies till the organization that is able to fulfill practically all the spectrum of the engineer works for navigation and shipbuilding.

For March, 2020 (since 2000) 375 vessels of marine, river-sea and river navigation types were constructed under 107 projects of the Marine Engineering Bureau, including:

• 180 dry-cargo, bulker and ro-ro vessels;
• 135 tankers and combined vessels;
• 15 ice-breakers and multipurpose rescue vessels;
• 10 tug-boats;
• 9 ferry boats;
• 7 cruise, passenger and pleasure vessels;
• 4 buoy vessels;
• 4 marine livestock carriers;
• 2 ecological vessels;
• 2 self-opening mud scows;
• 2 road transshipment complexes;
• first in the world crabber-processor;
• LPG gas-carrier;
• heliport pontoon / berth,

etc.

It is really very big work, hard engineering activity. We are glad, that in the past and now a lot of our colleagues have assisted us in such efforts: representatives of shipping and fishing companies, shipbuilding and engineering enterprises, classification societies, design bureaus, universities, people responsible for river and marine transport.

It is our common result.

Thank you!
