Palmali group opened river navigation in Russia

On March, 28 convoy that consisted of push tug-boat "Pal-1" and oil barge "Paloil-4" left boat-yard of Krasnoyarneyskiy shipyard and laid out at terminal Tat'yanka in Volgograd.
 
Barge "Paloil-4" with deadweight of 4324 tons is under loading. The first voyage will be toward Rostov-on-Don.
 
Thereby Palmali group (Mubariz Mansimov is a president) opened river navigation on Russian internal waterways.
 
Project 004ROB05 of vessel "Paloil-4" is designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau (MEB).
 
Vessel has double bottom and double sides. She is assigned for transportation of oil-products (first of all masout transportation), but doesn't have any restrictions for flash point of transportable cargo. She fully satisfies MARPOL requirements.
 
The vessel is equipped by well hydraulic pump and hydroelectric power plant with autonomous power-module, cargo tanks are smooth-wall (deck framing is oriented outwards).
 
Five non self-propelled tankers of "Paloil" type has been successfully operated since 2003-2004 for river-sea going transportation of masout and other oil-products from Russian river ports to the mouth port and reloading in Kerch channel region.
 
Barges satisfy dimensions of the Volga-Don canal and Volga-Baltic way when they are pushed by prjs. 428,428.1 push tug-boats of "OT" type.
 
Vessel's overall length (004ROB05 project) is of 93 m, breadth is of 16.5 m, depth is of 5.0 m.
 
Vessel's Russian Maritime Register of shipping (RS) class is of IIISP tanker (ESP).
 
The vessel was built at Volgograd shipyard.
 
The vessel's keel was laid down on 31.01.04. She was launched on 30.04.04 and was put into operation on 14.05.04.
