ÖZATA Shipyard has completed the modernization of a 0225 prj. dry-cargo vessel "Lodeinoe Pole" with an increase in DWT up to 4830 t



On 06.11.20 the modernization of the 0225 dry-cargo vessel of the Siberian type "Lodeynoye Pole" was completed with an increase in deadweight up to 4830 tons.
 
The work was carried out at the ÖZATA Shipyard (Yalova, Turkey).
 
The vessel modernization project was developed by the Marine Engineering Bureau.
 
After modernization the vessel received the class of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping - KM L3 R2-RSN.
 
After modernization "Lodeynoye Pole" is a twin-screw cargo vessel with 4 cargo holds, double bottom, double sides, engine room, superstructure and deckhouses located in the stern.
 
The vessel is designed for transportation of general, bulk, timber, international standard containers, dangerous goods and coal.
 
The vessel has the following characteristics:
 
Length overall is about 129.50 m;
Length between perpendiculars is 122.00 m;
Breadth overall is about 15.60 m;
Height - 6.00 m;
Design draught is 3.906 m;
Deadweight at draft is 4830 tons;
Deadweight with a draft of 3.60 m in the river is 4095 tons.
 
The modernized dry cargo vessel "Lodeynoye Pole" has technical and economic indicators that significantly exceed the vessel's capabilities before modernization, which allows it to effectively operate in conditions of mixed river-sea and sea transportation.
