55 vessels of the Marine Rescue Service, including 11 vessels of the MPSV06, MPSV07, MPSV12, SDS08 and SDS18 projects are on duty during the New Year



According to the Marine Rescue Service, 55 vessels and rescue units of the Marine Rescue Service, including 11 vessels of the MPSV06, MPSV07, MPSV12, SDS08, SDS18 projects, were on duty on New Year's Eve, performing rescue readiness tasks.
 
At the Korsakov port roadstead the holidays were met by the 4MW multi-purpose rescue vessel MPSV07 with the ARC5 Arctic Icebreaker class "Spasatel Kavdeikin" and the icebreaker MPSV06 with the 7MW Icebreaker 6 "Beringov Proliv" class, as well as the rescue tug "Atlas".
 
In the port of Prigorodnoye - MPSV12 project of 5.2 MW power with Arctic ice class ARC5 "Kalas".
 
In Vladivostok at the berth of Primorsky branch there are MPSV07 "Spasatel Zaborshchikov", multipurpose sea diving vessel (MDV) of SDS08 project "Rostov Velikiy" as well as rescue boats "Kapitan Balashov" and "Kapitan Barabash" and raid diving boat "Vodolaz Stashkov" on the hourly readiness.
 
MPSV07 "Spasatel Karev", MPSV06 "Murman" and the multi-purpose tugs "Finval" and "Umka" welcomed the New Year at sea.
 
The Baltic Branch has the MPSV12 project "Bakhtemir", the MDV - the catamaran of the SDS18 project "Igor Ilyin", as well as the "Baltika", the supply vessel "Baltysky isledovatel", the tug "Soyuz", the supply vessel "Yasny", the rescue boat "Evgeny Morozov" and the diving boat "Vodolaz Chebanenko" on duty at sea and at the berth.
 
The MDV of the SDS08 project "Uglich" is on duty in the port of Makhachkala.
 
MDV of the SDS08 project " Stolny Grad Yaroslavl", as well as the vessels "Vodolaz Denisov" and "Ural-33" in hourly readiness in the port of Astrakhan.
 
All vessels of the Marine Rescue Service on duty have been provided with fuel and rescue equipment, the report said. The crews of these vessels are fully staffed and ready to carry out state and rescue tasks.
 
Marine Engineering Bureau started to develop a number of modern concept vessels (MPSV06, MPSV07, MPSV12, IBSV02) in power from 4 to 18 MW for different areas and operation conditions for Gosmorspassluzhba (director - Andrei Khautov), and also some smaller sea diving vessels (MDV) in nominal size of project SDS08, multipurpose diving catamarans project SDS18, and also some other projects (offshore tugs with fire-fighting function project TG17, supply vessels of the project DCV61, non-self-propelled floating berth of SB02 project).
 
To date, since 2010, 16 salvage vessels built according to designs by the Marine Engineering Bureau have been accepted for operation from industry as part of the Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot's salvage fleet, including:
 
• the MPSV06 project multipurpose rescue and salvage vessel, a 7MW icebreaker of the "Beringov Proliv " type - 2 units;
• 4 MW multi-purpose salvage vessel "Spasatel Karev" of MPSV07 project - 4 units;
• multipurpose rescue and salvage vessel - 5.2 MW tug of MPSV12 project "Bakhtemir " type - 3 units;
• multifunctional sea diving vessel of "Stolny Grad Yaroslavl " type of project SDS08 - 4 units;
• multipurpose sea diving catamaran "Igor Ilyin" of project SDS18 - 1 unit;
• fire tug of 1200 kW power "Penay" project TG17 - 1 unit;
• SB02 non-self-propelled floating berth - 1 unit.
