Second dry-cargo vessel "ULUS STAR" (003RSD04 prj.) of "Caspian Express" type was put into operation for ALBROS shipping company
On March, 12, 2005 second in the "Caspian Express" series dry-cargo vessel was put into operation for ALBROS shipping company (Raim Alekperov is a general director) at "Cheksan" shipyard (Tuzla, Turkey).
Vessel's name is "ULUS STAR".
Vessel's project 003RSD04 is designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau (MEB).
The vessel's feature is one box-shaped hold with sizes of 59.2x13.2x6.4 (designed vessel length is of 85 m).
Vessel is destined for work at Russian ports of Azov and Caspian Seas with possibility sailing through on the Volga-Don canal. The vessel is a symbiosis product of the European coasters and Russian river-sea sailing conditions.
Hatch covers are of removable type (with gantry crane).
Vessel's keel was laid down on 11.09.03 and she was launched on 06.11.04.
