Borremphlot completed building of pleasure craft "Bars" (PV05 prj) for VIP passengers


OJSC "Borremphlot" (Bor town, Nizhniy Novgorod region, Vladimir Kulykov is a general director) completed the building of pleasure craft "Bars" of PV05 prj for VIP passengers.
 
Russian River Register is a customer.
 
Project PV05 was designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau. Design-project of craft's interior was carried out by "Sea Tech" (Petr Ezhov is a director).
 
Vessel showed good propulsion qualities and controllability with wave height of 1 m during running test that was held on October 27, 2010.
 
Cruising speed during test was of:
 
Average cruising speed during nominal main engine ratio is of 10.8 kn.
Upstream cruising speed is of 10.3 kn.
Downstream cruising speed is of 11.4 kn.
 
PV05 prj. craft is assigned for pleasure voyages through Russian inland waterways with 6 VIP passengers onboard and also transportation of 48 persons (with voyage continuous of 8 hours) is allowed.
 
Russian River Registry class notation is of O 2,0 A. Vessel can be operated at sea roughness with wave height no more than 2.0 m with 1% probability.
 
Vessel is steel, double screw motor ship, with a raked stem and cruiser aft end. She has living deck-house, wheel-house and ER located at middle.
 
Overall length is of 44.16 m, length (due design draught) is of 40.73 m, overall breadth is of 7.015 m, breadth (due design draught) is of 6.00 m, depth is of 3.74 m, design draught is of 1.50 m, draught (summer freeboard) is of 1.93 m. Crew consists of 6 persons.
 
For passengers' accommodation there are provided 3 double block-cabins, consisting of a bedroom and an individual sanitary unit. Sauna compartments with exit to the open deck are located aft (near crinoline). Saloon and promenade deck for passengers' recreation are arranged in the aft superstructure. There is conference room located fore in the superstructure. There is cargo crane for fast speed boat mounted on the shade deck.
 
Two diesels (main engines) are of 170 kWt each. Two open fixed-pitch propellers are used as propulsion devices. The propellers are cast, triple-blades, with diameter of 1.0 m, with pitch ratio of 1.09 and disk-area ratio of 0.4.
 
Fuel stores are placed in tanks in area of the ER. Vessel's fuel and food autonomy is of 5 days.
